I’m back with a new post and at the gym. I had to take a break at the beginning of this year. I had the flu for the first week of the year. Then I had an inflamed foot that made even walking difficult. So after much icing and resting I’m back! Today I did the daily moves from Tone It Up, 45 minutes of cardio and a little arms workout Carly Rowena put up on her instagram! I love that girl. She’s just so real and I’m so grateful that she posts these workouts for us to use.
I thought I would share with you a couple of my new gym purchases. I was in dire need of a pair of black leggings. After having a look around I decided I was just going to invest in a pair of my favourites. I bought these Nike Pro Leggings on sale at The Bay. These leggings are amazing. I have another pair in the capri fit which I wear all the time. They fit perfectly and do not move which is the most important factor to me.
I also needed to buy a new pair of training shoes and after trying aaaall the shoes ,haha, I bought this pair. The sales associate working at the store recommended them and I wore them today, so far so good!
Just a quick update on my pescatarian/vegetarian diet, it is going very well. I didn’t think it would be this easy but I haven’t been craving meat at all! I also feel great, which is the best part.
Where do you normally buy your workout gear? I would love some recommendations.
